Processing Time
All orders require a processing period before dispatch.
Our standard processing time is 5–7 working days, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Express Orders
If you require an express order, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether this service is available for your chosen product. Express orders are subject to availability and production capacity.
Delivery Address
Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are entered correctly, as parcels cannot be redirected once dispatched. Insignia.dx is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Please allow additional time for delivery during bank holidays, peak periods, or seasonal busy times. Delays caused by the courier are outside of our control; however, we will always do our best to assist where possible.
Collection (Local Pickup)

Collection is by arrangement only. Collection times will be confirmed once your order is ready. Please do not attend without prior confirmation.
For express orders, a collection fee may apply. Any applicable charges will be clearly communicated at the time of ordering.
Returns
Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom-made items unless the item is faulty or has been produced incorrectly by us.
Reporting an Issue
If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or collection. Please provide clear photographs and a description of the issue so we can assess the matter promptly.
Once reviewed, we will determine whether the item qualifies for a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights.
Condition of Returned Items
Where a return is approved:

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure orders arrive on time, delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances outside of our control. Customers are responsible for tracking their parcel using the tracking details provided.
Insignia.dx cannot issue refunds due to courier delays. We will, however, assist you in tracking your parcel and supporting any claims or investigations where applicable.
