Who We Are

The terms “Insignia.dx”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to the owner of this website.
The term “you” refers to the user or customer of this website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Although we accept orders from within and outside the UK, all orders are accepted on the basis that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. No variation shall be binding unless agreed in writing by Insignia.dx.


Pricing and Availability

All personalised and custom products are made to order. Other items are subject to availability.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In the event of an obvious and unmistakable pricing error that could reasonably have been recognised as such, we reserve the right not to fulfil the order at the incorrect price.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify you as soon as possible.


Custom Orders & Artwork Responsibility

All orders are processed using the design details and artwork submitted by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all text, spelling, dates, layouts, and artwork are correct before submitting an order. Insignia.dx is not responsible for errors in approved or submitted artwork.

Please proofread all designs carefully before uploading.


Changes to Orders

If you need to make changes to your order, you must contact us as soon as possible.

We recommend contacting us via WhatsApp or email for the fastest response. While we will always do our best to accommodate changes, this cannot be guaranteed.

Once an item has entered production or has been printed, changes can no longer be made. In some cases, a full-price replacement may be required.


Colours, Production & Tolerances

Actual printed colours may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and printing processes. Colour variation is normal and does not constitute a fault.

Minor imperfections, small marks, or production variances may occur and are considered part of the manufacturing process.

While we aim for accuracy, minor size variations of up to 1–2cm may occur due to trimming and production processes. These variations are within acceptable tolerance and are not considered defects.


Materials, Outdoor Use & Large Sign Responsibility

Foam board signs are suitable for short-term outdoor use only and are not waterproof. They should be used in sheltered conditions.

Correx signs are suitable for outdoor use; however, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause fading over time.

Only 6ft and 7ft correx signs are designed to be foldable and free-standing. These signs are lightweight and produced using the correct fluted correx material.

Safe assembly, setup, positioning, and use of large signs are the sole responsibility of the customer. When used outdoors or on uneven surfaces, additional weights are strongly recommended to ensure stability.

Insignia.dx is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by incorrect setup, failure to secure the sign, weather conditions, or misuse once the product is in the customer’s possession.


Delivery & Collection

Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed due to reliance on third-party couriers, bank holidays, or peak periods.

Local collection is available by arrangement only from Blackheath, London (SE10). Collection times must be confirmed in advance.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding delivery under UK consumer law.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. We will try our best to resolve the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair or replacement where appropriate, in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Minor imperfections, colour variations, or size tolerances within stated limits are not considered faults.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for personalised or custom items unless an item is faulty.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer artwork errors

  • Colour variations

  • Minor production tolerances

  • General wear, handling, or misuse

  • Courier delays 

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All copyrights and trademarks of character images or designs belong to their respective owners and are not being sold.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any images, logos, or artwork uploaded for print. Insignia.dx accepts no liability for copyright infringement relating to customer-supplied content.
