Ordering & Customisation
Are all Insignia.dx signs and prints customised? +

Yes. All signs and prints at Insignia.dx are custom-designed and made to order. Each item is created specifically using the design details provided by the customer.

What if I don't have a design? +

No problem at all.

We offer a range of pre-made Canva templates that are fully customisable to suit your event. Simply visit the Template Section on the product page, choose your preferred design, and personalise it with your text, colours, or logo.

Once you’ve finished editing:

• Download your file in the format specified on the product page (PDF or PNG)

• Upload your finished design to the product

• Add the item to your basket

It’s simple, flexible, and designed to make the process easy — even if you’re starting from scratch.

How do I submit my design? +

Depending on the product, you may either:

  • Edit one of our Canva templates
  • Upload your own finished design (PDF or PNG)

For certain products, you will be required to submit a PNG file with a transparent background. Full instructions for artwork requirements can be found in the product description before purchase.

Can I place an express order? +

If you require an express order, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability for your chosen product. Express services are subject to production capacity.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it? +

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible with the updated details. We recommend reaching out via WhatsApp for the fastest response.

Once printing has started, changes can no longer be made. In some cases, a full-price replacement may be required, but we will always try our best to assist where possible.

Materials & Product Information
Are your signs suitable for outdoor use? +
  • Foam board signs are suitable for short-term outdoor use but are not waterproof. We recommend placing them in sheltered areas.

  • Correx signs are suitable for outdoor use. To maintain print quality, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as this may cause fading over time.
Are your signs free-standing? +

Our 6ft and 7ft correx signs are designed to be free-standing. They are produced using the correct fluted Correx material and include a built-in fold and stand.

For outdoor use, we strongly recommend placing weights behind the sign for added stability, especially in windy conditions.

All other signs and prints are not free-standing and will require a separate easel or display support (not included unless stated).

Do 6ft and 7ft signs arrive folded? +

Yes. Due to their size, 6ft and 7ft correx signs arrive folded for safe and practical delivery.

Joining plates with adhesive strips are provided to secure the fold and ensure rigidity once assembled. Assembly is simple, and guidance is available via our instructions.

Colours, Print & Quality
Will the colours look exactly the same as on my screen? +

Colours may appear slightly different in print compared to how they appear on screens. This is due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and printing processes. Minor colour variation is normal and not considered a defect.

Damages, Faults & Returns
What if my sign arrives damaged or faulty? +

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue so we can assist.

Minor imperfections, small marks, slight colour variations, or natural production tolerances do not affect functionality and are not considered defects.

Please note that minor size variations of up to 1-2cm may occur due to trimming and production processes and are within tolerance.

We always aim to help resolve genuine issues. Please ensure all artwork is carefully proofread before submission, as we are not responsible for errors in approved designs.

Can I return or exchange a sign? +

All items are custom-made to order. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives faulty and the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Delivery & Collection
Do you offer delivery and collection? +

Yes. We offer both delivery and local collection.

Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout and is shipped via Royal Mail. Please allow additional time during bank holidays and peak periods.

Local collection is available by arrangement from Blackheath, London (SE10). Collection times will be confirmed once your order is ready.

Assembly
Product Assembly +

Our Statement Boards arrive folded into three sections to allow safe courier transport.

The stand is supplied with double-sided tape, which should be applied over the joins to ensure the backdrop remains rigid once assembled.

Event Hire
Event hire availability +

Event hire services are available locally only and are limited to a defined catchment area within South London and selected surrounding boroughs.

Hire availability is subject to location, date, and item availability. Please contact us prior to booking to confirm eligibility for your event location.
